Option 1 – Self-Serve
If you have a contact list in CSV format that you want to import into IXACT Contact
yourself, you can take advantage of the self-serve contacts import feature.
Option 2 – Let us do it for you!
If you would like to have our customer support team import your contacts for you,
please email your contacts file to support@ixactcontact.com. We’ll complete the
import within one business day and send you an email notification when it’s done.
The Team Leader can authorize each team member to import
contacts. An authorized team member can contact our Customer
Support team directly in order to have their own contacts imported
into the team account. If you are a team member with contacts
that you would like imported, and you have not been authorized to
import contacts by the Team Leader, you will need to arrange this
with your Team Leader.
Exporting contacts from another program
Note If your contacts are currently in Top Producer, Outlook or Referral Maker, we
recommend emailing us your file in order to ensure the most complete and
accurate import of your data.
If you need help exporting your contacts from another program, or you have your
contacts in Google and would like to take advantage of our Google Sync service to
get your contacts into IXACT Contact, or you have other questions, please call
